Description
A quick, keto-friendly iced vanilla cold brew made with instant coffee, heavy cream, and sugar-free syrup. This 3-ingredient recipe takes only 2 minutes to prepare and provides sustained energy without sugar spikes.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1–2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
- Optional: 1 teaspoon MCT oil or butter
- Optional: 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass or travel tumbler about ¾ full with ice cubes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee granules directly onto the ice.
- Pour in 1 cup of cold water and stir vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the coffee granules are fully dissolved.
- Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream and stir gently to combine.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla syrup and stir until fully incorporated.
- Top with additional ice if needed, give a final stir, and serve immediately.
