- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 cup milk (whole, oat, or almond)
- 1–2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar.
- Whisk or froth the cream cheese mixture until it is thick, fluffy, and holds its shape.
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the cooled coffee, milk, and vanilla syrup, then stir to combine.
- Spoon the sweet cream foam generously on top of the latte.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature to prevent lumps. Use cold coffee to prevent ice from melting too quickly. The foam is best made fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
